One day seminar on "1962 War: an Appraisal"
The department is organizing one day seminar on the theme “1962 War: an Appraisal” on 26th Mrach, 2016 at 1100hrs in the Golden Jubilee Hall, Panjab University, Chandigarh. The Former Army Chief and Minister of State for External Affairs Gen. V K Singh will grace the occasion as the Chief Guest.
